"Something very unusual: Most rooms don't have a window to the outside. Instead, the window goes to the hallway. To secure your privacy you have to close the curtains all day. No daylight at all. Other than that it's a good hotel with some patina."

Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there.
