" I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Conca Bella Boutique Hotel. Upon check in, we were not initially given the upgraded room we expected in addition to the VIP perks for food. On the second day, staff informed us there had been a misunderstanding and moved us to a different room, which they described as an upgrade. "Fantastic stay! Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Ferry to Lake Como destinations 100 ft away. Funicular to Priga 5 minute walk - great hiking trails from Priga. "

"Instead of staying at an airport hotel our last night in Italy we chose this gem in a small town about 15 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff, good sized rooms , quiet with a great restaurant onsite filled with lots of locals. Glad we found it and we would definitely stay again!"

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."
