"Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Parking can be a pain BUT I would say it’s a better situation here then most hotel options that don’t offer onsite parking - we always were able to find parking Breakfast was good, location was great. "The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse."
