"Everything about this hotel is FANTASTIC. The staff is the friendliest, customer service is amazing and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous plus the rooms are really spacious. Honestly if it wasn’t because we were skiing I don’t think we would’ve left our room. It was late in the season and the hotel was still staffed. Definitely worth the price, amazing all over. "

"Amazing hotel for a ski resort. Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley. It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort. Breakfast options were huge to start the day. The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine. Spa was impressive but often busy. Only issues were that the room was often hot and no obvious way...

"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

"Un bel établissement avec un aménagement récent, moderne et très bien entretenu. La literie est très confortable. Personnel accueillant. le spa que nous n'avons pas utilisé est très moderne mais pris d'assaut par les enfants donc très très bruyant. Un peu excentré du centre de la station car situé tout en bas de la rue du soleil, mais avec les ascenseurs l'accès au centre de la station plus haut est facile. Wifi très mauvais, il faut constamment rebooter le système."
