"We arrived around 9:00 a.m., well before the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time. We fully understood that early check-in was not guaranteed, so we left our luggage, went for a walk, and returned around 11:00 a.m. From around 11:30, however, we noticed several guests who arrived after us being given their rooms. We politely asked whether our room might also be available earlier. The issue was never the 3:00 p.m. policy—we understood it perfectly. We simply wanted to know why later-arriving guests...
