Our stay was lovely our only minor issue was that there were no English news channels on the TV. Otherwise excellent!

Last visit to Chinchon we stayed in the parador, this hotel was better, much cheaper and in the same street. Super, very helpful staff. We stayed here on route to Segovia

Excellent

Was very good room . Thank you

we picked this hotel for overnight stay going down to valencia area, the town was very nice, the area around the hotel was very good for photos lovely building, very near a lot of good tapas bars and restuarants, would stay again for sure.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and regular cleaning every day.

Amazing place- Amazing people 10/10

an overnight stay enroute south - lovely complex - helpful staff - complex in quiet rural area with no facilities close by - room would benefit from tea/coffee making equipment - we are staying again on our return home

Todo estupendo

Breakfast was nice and good variety room very clean staff very helpful

Rooms big with designer touches which take some working out, especially the lights! Superb restaurant, large underground car park, 5 minutes walk to Cervantes square. Staff friendly & efficient.

I enjoyed my stay all through, I have zero complaints about this establishment.

Hotel and room were spotless, shower not the best but very nice otherwise, would recommend as a close solution for the airport

This flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside Madrid’s city centre, making it ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and calm after a hectic day in busy, fast‑paced Madrid. The facilities are excellent — the flat itself is well equipped and clean, and the building offers great extras such as a gym and a swimming pool (though the pool was closed during my stay). The staff were very helpful throughout, and the area is well connected by public transport. In fact, the bus turned out to be...

Clean room and not too far away from the city.

Nice hotel, excellent decor, great staff. Local area not great only fast food restaurants and a couple of local bars. Good location for the metro, Madrid City 20 mins. by metro

Very modern room, very reasonable price. Lovely courtyard in the middle of the hotel, typical style of Alcala. Highly recommend.

Loved my stay, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, the cleaners too did an amazing job , one even helped decorate my room for my friends birthday with balloons, highly recommend staying at this place , it’s also close to all the amenities you would need like supermarkets and bus nearby to town
