El apart hotel está bien ubicado, entre Valdivia y Niebla. La habitación era pequeña y el baño también. Lo peor de la estadía fue el desayuno y la conexión a internet.

Bonita ubicación pero mucho que mejorar

La habitación cómoda y espaciosa con una vista increíble al río pero tenía una pésima aislación de ruido (se escuchaba toda la conversación de habitaciones contiguas). Personal del hotel se paseó con tacos por los pasillos de cerámica, muy tarde en la noche y luego muy temprano en la mañana. La puerta del baño no cerraba bien y tampoco el shower door, el agua caliente no funcionó por lo que tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría. Al momento del check out entregamos nuestros comentarios a la recepcionista quien en vez de anotarlos, preguntó de forma burlona si teníamos alguna otra queja.
