A beautiful building that has not seen a penny inside the rooms. The carpet is damaged, with holes, the mattresses are the worst i have had , old and very cheap. The first bed we were offered, was a size double, not queen, not king as it was promised with the upgrade

Great location but rooms need a refurbishment. Superior room on the top floor was boiling hot with air conditioning turned off throughout the building to suit local customers. Shower in our room also very slow and dated. Not what I would have expected for such a highly recommended hotel.

Spacious rooms,all mods, modern bathroom, safe, fridge and tea- making facilities. Cafeteria with outside patio, and breakfast room but no restaurant. Breakfast expensive. Well situated opposite park in centre.

La ubicación es excelente, pero el. Hotel ha bajado mucho la calidad, nos dieron una habitación sucia, nos la cambiaron, no habia jabon lo pedimos y te contestan que ya lo rellenaron y no es cierto. Las instalaciones se ven deterioradas, el bar se le acabo el agua mineral y no resurtieron en los 3 dias. El aire acondicionado lo ponen segun a 25 grados parejo, lo cual a mi no me funciona asi, y el cuarto estaba caliente. Nos hemos hospedado en este hotel desde hace 6 años y esta vez muy mala experiencia

Parking €19. However very convenient. Helpful staff, breakfast tasty and varied. Cons: carpet shabby and worn with stains. Power fuse went at 2am. So air con died!! Location superb. Would stay again in different room.

This hotel has an excellent location and service was good. Unfortunately bedding fell short of what you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. We could hardly get any sleep because we could feel the springs on our backs.

Cirstina at the front desk is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The lobby is clean and inviting. The rooms seem a bit old. The carpeting in the rooms could be replaced with newer flooring. Our bathroom in the room was nice and the shower has good pressure. Lovely courtyard with bar/restaurant. Parking was easy and a relatively reasonable price compared to other hotels we have been to in Spain.

They go above and beyond average!
This hotel was convenient, classy, spacious, and clean. The front desk clerk was incredibly helpful in sharing information about the town, provided us a map, and helped in many other ways. Breakfast was worth the splurge as we enjoyed a large buffet with a variety of Spanish samplings.

Close to train station, park and city centre
Room is classic and warn, just some room facilities are not well maintained. The shower head is the most worst I have even see. Some concerns of room was covered with dust (rumor: hotel human resource was cut last year). However, it still a very nice hotel to stay. When reception knew I will do check-out at 4AM next morning, they prepared an awesome breakfast picnic pack to me, very heartwarming!! Due to my Malaga trip was extended, I re-booked a room after check-out in reception, and the room changed. I paid same price for the 2 rooms I stayed, but room space, the view out of window and some facilities are different. The room I booked via Expedia was much better than the re-booked one. Not sure if just coincidence or....but I will remember ALWAYS BOOK FROM EXPEDIA. (For another room I booked in reception, I will give 4 Stars rather than 5 Stars for overall scores)
