"Horrible experience. We walked into a plate that was already rented out walked in on tenants sleeping owner did not answer or respond when owner showed up there was a language barrier we couldn’t understand what was going on we had to be placed in. Another hotel thank u to hotels. Com for accommodation we missed our concert trying to figure out the situation total wast of time if money especially when we. We’re out of town in an area we didn’t know"

"Listing makes multiple mentions of golf course but makes no mention that you actually do not have privileges to play there - you must be a member or book a stay directly through the Silverado Resort. We had a nice vie of the course - just couldn't play there. Washer and dryer are not in room - they are coin operated machines on the other side of the resort.
