"We were most impressed with the kindness shown to us when we checked in. Warm and friendly. Quick checkin. Fabulous room. Swimming pool was heaven. Breakfast was great. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the pillows. Only quirk the hot tub was not working but other than that the service and the stay was excellant. Definately recommended this hotel. "

"The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. "There was hair on the toilet when we got there, the room was filled with this thick, musk, overwhelming oder. Breakfast was a joke, my lady friend and i didnt dare partake in. Found left over trash in room from the last guest, and roaches in the halls. The lights went out in the entire property and we could here guests walking up and down the halls past our room being loud, and childish about the whole situation. Will definitely not be returing to this property."

"The stay was a little bit loud as we could hear people going in and out of the halls throughout the night and talking in loud voices. The stay was good except for the state of the items in the room. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. In the room, there were noticeably missing paintings from the wall with the nails pulled out, the fixtures that were metal were all rusted from the lamps on the nightstands to the bars in the bathroom and the paint was peeling on the doors and...

"Easy to access parking, parking lot is kept clean and is safe. Hotel and room were clean as well as around all of the property. Friendly staff. I have been staying here for a few years and will keep going back."

"My first room only had scalding hot water in the sink. Maintenance addressed it so it was tolerable. My AC unit was very loud and I woke up middle of the night to a horrible screeching noise from the unit. I had to turn up the AC but it still took an hour to resolve. I reported it the next day and the front desk staff moved me to a different room for my second night. Much bettter experience. Overall the rooms are showing wear and tear. "
