Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! "The staff at this hotel are the best! They helped with parking my rental car, arranging for taxi, and making my stay absolutely stress and hassle free. "The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse."
