"Hotel was very neat and clean. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint about the room is the sliding door for the bathroom should be about 3 inches longer. Anyone entering the room can see who is sitting on the toilet. Love the shampoo, conditioner and lotion scent."

"Our room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel has a large outdoor patio with a great view of the river and access to the rec path. It’s also within walking distance to everything you'd want to do, see and eat downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a great restaurant and Starbucks on-site as well!"

"Sign out front says recently renovated! Clearly it was not. Our window screen was ripped and the insulation was hanging out. At 2 am cars were revving their engines outside and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything. Would not recommend"

"The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. The parking was easy. Location was good and we felt safe walking around the area at night. My biggest complaint was when we got to the room and went to use the bathroom the toilet was filled with excrement. Went to flush it and it wouldn’t flush. Went to use the phone and the phone didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk. She put us in the room next door, but no upgrade or money off the room for the inconvenience...

"We had no bath towels, washcloths and only one bar of soap when we checked in. Had to go to desk and request. Bed was poorly made. Parking was unusual. If closest lot was full oh had to go around block to enter 2nd row of parking."

"The first room we got must have been an old smoking room. The first desk clerk could not help us to move but the one the next day was very kind and moved us. It’s an older property and needs tlc."

"Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes."

"Brenda the mngr gave me a rm that was out of order. It smelt so bad I’d get ill/headache. When I asked for a new rm, there was none & they didn’t care. The maintenance man said the rm was out of order because of a flood they had in the bathroom & wasn’t supposed to be given out & he said Brenda knew that. Maintenance said he wouldn’t stay there either. Since nowhere else in the area had rooms available we had to cancel the rest of our weekend plans and just drive 4 hours hm at 11pm. The rest of...
