"The customer service was outstanding Kelly was amazing and ease of check in and check out was incredible. The chalet was sufficiently supplied with great kitchen utensils and Bathroom etc with high quality Shampoos and Conditioners etc. The only thing that failed was the chalet was not cleaned and there is black mould in the bathroom and toilet, floor also needed to be swept and moped, especially for the price we paid. Would stay again if it was cheaper."

"Enjoyed the clean room , music playing and heater working when I arrived, very welcoming ! Everything well taught off ! The only downside was getting drenched when trying to bring my luggage to room by luggage trolley! Also kitchenette had only microwave, no cooking gadgets, which was ok for me but might be an issue for others. The staff very helpful and accommodating, The restaurant on site was amazing too. All in all , absolutely enjoyed my stay !"

"We needed an overnight stay in Busselton. I read all the reviews about Timothée resort and it sounded perfect. The reviews were spot on! The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. We didn’t use any of the outdoor facilities but everything looked great! Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing. Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...
