"Overall, great experience. I read some of the negative reviews and was skeptical at first, but since I was just staying for one night, why not give it a try? I am glad I did. The staff was really friendly, rooms are a bit outdated but very clean, beds were comfortable. This property has many amenities and is only 5 mins drive from the beach, plus they have complementary beach shuttle. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Wonderful boutique hotel with probably the best private beach in all of Naples. Have stayed here many times. The staff are always polite and very helpful. Rooms are immaculate and most have wonderful views of the gulf. Food is excellent too. always come home feeling fresh and relaxed."

"The pool had clouds of dead bugs swirling in the corner. The shower faucet handle fell off when touched. Water running down the wall from the air conditioner evaporator, further causing staining of a lamp shade and forming a 3’x2’ patch of mold on the wall. The patio railing supports were loose fitting in the cement, so someone used steel washers to fill the gaps in the cement. They charge you for a breakfast with cold toast and rock-hard butter. The bar is only open 2 hrs/day m-f."

"Amazing hotel!! Came for the week to celebrate my 38th birthday and the celebration of our first child. From the beautiful property, pool, friendly staff, clean room and the free shuttle. This hotel has it all and would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Naples. Only two critiques I would have is having more outlets by the bed and we didn’t care for the smell of the hair conditioner. But would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Naples Florida again. "We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!"
