The hotel looks like it used to be nice but has fallen into disrepair. Itâs also dirty and none of the staff speak English. It was $140 for a night which is about as expensive as it gets in Eastern Europe but this felt like a hotel that should be in the $20 to 30 range. Avoid unless itâs that cheap or you have no other choices.
