"Got to the room and coffee was only decaffeinated. Was able to lock somebody down in the complex to help me find the ice machine and to find somebody to give me coffee other than decaffeinated. Gentleman which was a shuttle driver walked with me too. we found the ice machine because he didn’t know, a female that looked like a manager and gave me large packages of coffee and I told her I just have a machine that takes the very small round to what she said that’s what will fit. Of course she was wrong so I was able to find a housekeeper who told me that the reason I only got decaffeinated was because they are out of regular coffee in that small bag size. She also offered me large packages of coffee to which I replied. Those are too big. She looked in the room. She was cleaning and said well here’s a large one, take it and bring me the small one. So that was awesome. Finally found somebody that had answers to things. Other than that , everything was good "
