The property was right on the water, very nice view. When searching for a location to stay, I searched for properties including breakfast, this one said there was breakfast included, but it turned out that breakfast sandwiches and bowls were available for purchase. Overall, this was a nice property.

There was NO staff! I literally pulled my envelope from the wall with my last name on it. Went to turn in my key and the same thing. Just a drop box. Then they wanted me to pay for car parking. Which was just another envelope process outside. It was easy and efficient just wanted to clarify there is no staff! Surprisingly large cabins. Very spacious and nice and clean! Loved the view and hope to stay again soon!

For me it was perfect. Nothing fancy but price and location were great! Met some people at the beach and they took me sailing!! Love this area! My first time here. Great bar across the street with live music. Cottonwood Tiki bar.
