"The new man at the front desk durning the day was very helpful. My only complaint was the toilet but they are actively trying to fix everything. Must better stay this time around . There is a gentleman that works the front desk during the day. I don’t know his name. He is amazing and there’s also a younger gentleman that works at night. He is also amazing. They have really turned the corner and they are trying and I will be back I just stayed there the last couple of days no roaches anymore. The only thing is the toilet didn’t wanna flush but much better staffing all around. everything was much better."
