Sheets not changed. Checked in for two days and what seemed like blood stain at base of bedsheet. Checked out for a day. Checked back in a day later and coincidentally, was assigned the same room. That same stain was in the exact same spot, indicating the sheet was not changed. Unsanitary to me. Will never stay there again on this point alone. Had to change rooms three times: first room wreaked of marijuana, couldn’t get into second room. One hour to check in with all of the back and forth. First time I checked in, girl was high as a kite while ordering food through her friend on phone while trying to get the computer to work during check-in. Intoxicated workers, marijuana smell everywhere, no shampoo, water faucet sprays water outside of sink, towel stains, old tub, stained toilet seat, loud talking at 2am outside my door kept me up for a while. Front desk girl during the second time I checked in was very friendly. That was very welcoming after this entire ordeal.

One room was broken into with the door latch unable to lock, another room had no running water, while my disability room was on the second floor. 4 unsatisfied guests tried to get their rooms exchanged, during my check in, to address their issues, to no avail. Construction began at 8:30 a.m. with hammering loud enough to awaken sleeping guests.

Microwave was in the floor with the plug cutoff. Top of the mini fridge was disgusting. Dust buffaloes, not bunnies everywhere. Door latch was being held on by a couple threads. The screws would become looser as you moved it. Staff gave me the tv remote at the front desk with the batteries held in by Scott tape.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie, la puerta vimos de primera q a sido esforzada en el area de cerraduras, luego al llegar no abria, y la q estaba en oficina estaba tan dormida q por 3 veces se tuvo q esperar para cambio de tarjeta pq no se podia abrir la habitación y ni un disculpa nos hablo con actitud pq se le interrumpio su sueño. Cuando es su deber como secretaria del lugar, al llegar a la habitacion jalto de olor de clorox y nada limpio hasta 2 cucarachas habia en el baño. Horrible el lugar, viven mas fente sin hogar que personas q venimos de vacaciones

Door was open apon arriving dodnt close correctly could easily be opened with screwdriver or something..Had to take all my belongings with me everytime i left so they would not be stolen from someone easily getting in room..No towels no toilet paper went to office same story everytime that they would have towels brought up to me never happened.Had 1 towel the 4 nights i was there.. Had to go buy my own towels..Bugs in room (roaches).. Terrible experience.. Do not recommend..

Sad, sad stinky room. I require smoke free…I’m allergic. I put my stuff in there and noted a distinct odor of stale cigarettes I tried to call front desk but phone cord was severed. Washed up with wash cloth and the single hand towel in the room. Went to eat and hoped the air handler would help..,nope. Bought candle while was out, did not have lighter in luggage in room. Researched how to call front desk while standing in the open door so I could breathe… they were of no use I loaded my car and turned in my key. Not worth an asthma attack to stay in a cheap, dirty and oh did I mention roaches? Room.., Go elsewhere. The microwave looks like it was rescued from the dump and a danger to anyone who uses it! Good luck if you stay in room 212 with no outdoor porch (balcony) light making that particular corner very dark.
