"Arrived tired and just needed to get some sleep. The site doesn't do keys so I would have had to download an app and then figure out how to link the reservation I had made on Expedia just to get in my room. Thankfully the staff person just opened the room for us after I asked and we just didn't leave the room. Please get the key option back or figure out the app process so it is easier. Not sure with all the info we put in online prior to entry why we still have to manually give so much...

"One night stay. Check in was fast and easy. Small selection but desirable items and reasonably priced convenience items in the lobby. The room was a good size and relatively clean. My daughter did find a used plastic spoon shoved down between the cushions of the desk chair but I can see how that could be easily missed. And there were long strands of hair stuck in the hair dryer. Bathroom shower had good water pressure which is rare and much appreciated! The hand sink didn’t drain well unless you...

"Extremely hot, even the hallway was cranked super high. There was a bag over the smoke detector. Then got locked in the bathroom in the morning. The door knob locked but it wasn’t locked. Had to break the door to get my husband out. Wasn’t very clean. "

"Hair on both beds, stains on the sheets, dirty floors in lobby and room. Our friend who also booked her said the toilet still had human waste in it and hair on the sheets. A man in the lobby had to ask the front desk for disinfectant because they didn’t clean the bath tub well. "

"The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity"
