Riverwalk Casino Hotel

Riverwalk Casino Hotel

8/10 Good
"The Hotel is set at the end of a private drive beside the river and the grounds are well cared for, the place is very pretty, and the location makes it a quiet place to stay. The restaurant is spacious and can hold probably a hundred or more. I had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with sweet potato fries and they were both the best I have ever had in a restaurant. My wife ordered the fried shrimp, and they were good sized and done perfectly. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. The bed was not so great, kind of firm for my taste. The casino had all the games you would expect and some new slots I had never seen before. The only problem I had was the smell of cigarette and cigar smoke. It permeates everything. All in all we had a good stay, and will stop there again when we head back to Vicksburg."
