"Our stay here was very satisfactory. It was kept clean and the staff were friendly. It’s a very minimal and functional hotel to stay in. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so we often heard the room next to us and the hallway. Other than that, this was a good place to stay outside of Memphis. "

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed.
The room had a dog odor. The doors, floors and walls were completely dirty. I didn't sleep well old mattress. I would like my money back. My visited to Memphis was for the funeral of my brother. All the hotels were sold out. I complained to the front desk.

"Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. It was busy so extending your check out time was only available for Hyatt members. We did not ask for late check out in advance nor did we need it. Bed so comfortable. "
