"The property was clean but it needs an update. We arrived after midnight. The young lady at the front desk named Sem (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and unflappable even though my husband was being rather difficult after 24 hours of travel. She had already checked us in and helped take our begs to the room and also helped us get set up with the WiFi. Hotel management please be informed that we very much appreciate all the help from this young lady."

"Our stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The shuttle service was a life saver and easy to use. The only real complaint I had was the pool was tiny crowded and dirty. Overall great experience. "

"The location wasn't great, but close enough to mpls and included a pool and waffle breakfast. The room view is construction and a bright gas station sign shinning in the window at night but the room was clean. You can tell the building is older but the staff was kind and helpful. Be careful coming into the only entrance (construction) because there's a curb unmarked and I ran it over at night. This is a good place for a pitstop. "

"Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Toilets easy to clog and flood. Breakfast option was not wide. I picked this hotel specifically becase it said breakfast was included. There were froot loops, plain cheeriohs, white milk, bread, plain bagels, mini muffins, cream cheese spread cups, butter cups, coffee (regular and decalf), creamer, sugar, orange juice and apple juice. A toaster. A microwave too i believe. The key cards only worked at the front door. Not the side doors close to your room....

"Staff didn’t even let us in our room. He would not cancel our reservation and wouldnt give me my money back. He was also upright disrespectful, spitting and calling me and my friends out our names. He accused us of stealing and even called the police on us and got us trespassed. I need my money back ASAP. Ron is a horrible staff worker and should not still have his job. Cops said he’s done this to people before, its a pattern."

"The property was discusting with pubes in the bed, sink fslling off the wall, and stuff smeared on thd wall. The toilet had been used and the service was slow. Also maintance was going on everywhere."

"You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean."

"I stayed with my family of 10 people and 4 dogs between 3 rooms. Never traveled with dogs so I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. The standard rooms are a little small but I liked that I was in a conjoined room. The staff was very friendly especially Courtney. From our first day until check out she was there to assist.
