"Awesome location, great view of the river."

"Stayed at this hotel for two days. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall price of the room was reasonable. However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, with very little fresh airflow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. "we stayed at 26th floor and the view is wonderfull. we were there during winter and strong wind. The was a cracking noise nonstop on the ceiling during strong wind. besides that everything is perfect"

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."

"Our room wasn’t ready so we were given another room. The room was filthy, mould in the bathroom, marks all over the walls, hair on the carpet, blinds didn’t work. The entire room needed a deep clean and a lot of maintenance. No washing detergent or cloths to wash dishes, no dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. The washing machine didn’t work either. We spoke to reception about the washing machine and they offered to wash for us which was nice. Overall very disappointing, the...
