Breakfast was great, it’s the usual European breakfast. The room was huge. Lots of space for luggage. Only doesn’t have a fridge. But overall it was a great stay and would consider this if I need to stay near Wien hbf

The location is convenient - close to the central train station and trams. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good - buffet - no separate omelet station. The rooms were comfortable, but had no safe to store valuables, no closet or drawers to store clothes, no iron in room, and rooms are cleaned every 3 days - we were there for 2 nights, so never had our room cleaned.

I really enjoy out stay as it was clean and very convenient to other touristic spots. One thing I was bummed about was that they don’t provide cribs and only informed us after we booked it. Overall good experience. Hofer/aldi was 10min walking.

My double/queen bed had a duvet for a singled bed and only one pillow. Ive never encountered cutting corners like this. Staff were nice, breakfast was decent. Overall I wouldnt stay here again

Stay was ok, we didn't get any room facilities even no warm water kettle no coffee or tea in room. Even we stayed for 3 days they provided no room service for 3 days. Overall my experience was not good.

When I checked in, they didn’t provide essential information like the Wi-Fi password. Then I had issues with the Wi-Fi in the afternoon and evening. It’s a very bare bones place. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower.

No more low service

Reception doesn’t have a smile and not helpful. Rooms are clean the first day. They clean every 3. day and change the towels. If you need fresh towels you need to get them from the reception. Really low service. The blanket is so small i can’t understand why they not use regular also for the singe room also only one pillow. I will avoid this hotel in future and im a little bit confused about the radisson group now.

At the chick-in it was a long line of people and only one receptionist, so I decided to try the interactive self-guided check-in terminal. After it asked me quite a lot questions, I finally got to the the page where I was asked for the passport number. This page seemed to have some bug in it since it showed me "Error in Passport Number" whatever I tried, just numbers, letters, letters and numbers. Eventually the receptionist had a second to help me and entered all zeros in place of the passport number, and it worked! I think the Radisson software contractors or whoever wrote this software should be ashamed of this junk. The second issue was the fire alarm at 7:30 in the morning, so we had to run down the stair and wait to learn that some guest just tried to smoke a cigarette in their room. That was not funny at all since we had a taxi picking us up at 8:00, so we had to pack all our things within a minute and run down the stairs with heavy baggage. Besides that the hotel was quite clean, new and stylish, the staff was nice.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y limpia. El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes y camiones. El trato del personal es frío e indiferente y nunca contestaron mis mails previos a la llegada para preguntar por transporte al aeropuerto. Es un hotel suficiente para una noche.
