"We enjoyed our stay at Haveli. Location is off the beaten path, down an alleyway which is not advertised, but after a couple of times you get used to it. Staff was helpful in escorting us through the alley and exchange cash. Restaurant prices are upcharged compared to other elevated restaurants in Delhi, but that was as to be expected."

"Decent customer service but room had a foul smell, no window and no hot water. Wasn’t very clean and also there were cockroaches and some other bugs present. TV remote had no batteries and the fridge provided in room was moldy everywhere. I would not risk going there, thanks. "

The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems. "
