"Equipe de funcionários excelente, a Sara simplesmente faz tudo acontecer!!!! Não tem elevador, somente para as malas que são içadas acima…o café da manhã poderia ser mais variado também faltou itens quentes, a localização é perfeita a 3 quadras do centro histórico "

"O hotel é simples e não tem portaria 24 h, somente em alguma parte do dia. A localização é otima, o quarto é bom, limpo, e o café da manhã é bom. A única dificuldade foi o controle da porta de ingresso, que não tinha teclas muito práticas (pequenas e algumas confusas). Deveriam atualizar isto. A recepcionista que nos recebeu não foi muito simpática, enquanto a que serviu o café foi extremamente simpática e gentil. No geral é uma boa opção de hospedagem em Trapani."
