Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent très pénibles. La literie est correct. Le personnel a l'accueil et très serviable et souriant. Piscine et sauna trop petit pour le nombre d'appartements."

"Habitación enana sin espacio para moverte, dejada, anticuada, destartalada, sin mantenimiento ninguno. Un esquinero suelto dejado por las esquinas, las mantas tiradas dentro del armario, una balda de cristal del baño suelta y abandonada sobre el lavabo, los grifos sueltos giraban, ... un desastre. Que sea un hostal no quiere decir que tenga que estar como una pocilga. No era una habitación que mantuviese un mínimo de dignidad."
