"Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "

"This hotel is just LOVELY. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help guests. Breakfast is good quality and is included. "Service was superb from Haytham in front office to Hazma at the restaurant and all the others that I can’t recall their names. With a smile and very professional - made me feel at home. The view from the hotel is magnificent - the blue Mediterranean is right in front of you.
