"The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. "The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. "Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.
I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine.
Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. So I'm very happy and very satisfied😊 Location is perfect too, just walking distance from Sacre Couer and there are loads of shops and cafe/restaurants...
