"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Upon receipt of booking confirmation I discovered that the reservation was made for Feb.4th instead of January 4th. I immediately telephoned Expedia on Dec. 24 and spoke with Tracy about the error.
