"I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Phoenix, and I have to say, my experience wasn’t the best. One of the main issues I faced was with the cleaning staff. They kept coming into my room even when I wasn't there, which felt a bit unsettling. It seemed like they weren’t really doing much, and I couldn't shake the feeling that they might have been snooping around.
I appreciated their effort to keep the place clean, but it would have been nice if they had respected my privacy a bit more....

"The high rating this property has is deceiving. The pictures online were of a unit that must have been newly remodeled and used for the pictures. The unit we were in was not anywhere near the quality that was depicted in the photos. The bathroom had paint peeling off the trim in chunks onto the floor. There was visible water damage on the walls around and under the tub. The tub surround was new so it appears to be hiding the rest of the water damage underneath. The walls and ceiling in the unit...

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"Beware you get charged $39 per day just to use the ‘amenities’ such as the walking trail. I don’t recall this being disclosed when I booked. My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. The staff were great just disappointed in my overall experience."

"Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! "

"It is a historic hotel do rooms and bathrooms are on the small size. I love the historic touches they still have. The room was clean and the staff was great.
They have to parking so you have to park in a parking garage. We used one right around the block.
My only complaint would be the bed was hard. It was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were not much better "
