"The room seemed clean. They had painted the bathroom and replaced the floor tiile. For a mop board they played the floor tiles on edge. The unfinished edge made the baseboard look dirty. The Montgomery elevators were slow. One was not working. That combined with the check in desk and restaurants being on the second floor created a bottle neck because people getting on there habitually rode te elevator down before going up. This caused full elevators to reach the people waiting on one. We also had problems with keycards. They didn’t work Staff tested to tell us it was our fault for storing them next to our phones."

"A member of our family slipped on ice and water by vending area. Had to go to er. Sliced open his ankle. Parking lot was having lines painted and no one told us. At the last minute we were told cars would be towed if we didn’t move them. No notice ??"
