"Absolutely amazing! From the valet parking and front desk customer service to the friendly staff and honest employees. We loved the room, view, and atmosphere! But to top it off… my daughter left her Switch when we were waiting outside for our vehicle. After driving for almost an hour, we realized she forgot it. Turning around and making a few phone calls… we found out our valet driver turned in to “Lost and Found”. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly returned my daughter’s item. As I left the building thanking them, our same valet driver waved me down and he knew exactly who we were and what we turned around to get. He genuinely wanted to make sure our item was returned to us. That type of customer experience is highly appreciated and we will return to this resort every time we visit Reno! Thank you! "
