"Hair-dryer nozzle did not fit the hair-dryer. Disappointed to find no shower caps etc in room nor complimentary bottled water. Was told at the desk when checking out I was required to contact reception to ask for shower cap ???? and no they don't provide complimentary water. I've stayed in 4 different hotels over past 2 months and complimentary water was standard in a each one."

"All-in-all, the hotel was amazing. The bed was really comfy and the staff were respectful and helpful. They don’t have a pool as is listed but a spa sauna thing that is luke warm. The breakfast is cereal and toast. The room itself was spectacular though. The bathroom was very modern and the lights had two sets of switches. One that is by the bed and the other by the door which was convenient."

Room cleaning, maintenance is terrible. Not exhaust in bathrooms, so the whole place steams up. Mold and dust trieving on window seals. Joints cracked eith amenties.
Curtains have mold on them.
Noise from outside, terrible on level 2. No sound proofing in place. It will be the case in level 3 snd 4 aswell. Had to sleep with so much noise on budy nights with young kids with you.
Conclude, profits over property maintenance is visible. Profits over guest care aswell"
