"We had a great time for our 3 night stay. Check-in was disappointing as information was not relayed to us. Another staff member also serving guests for their check-in at the same time, they were able to inform them additional information that we were not receiving by our staff member. In saying this it certainly did not affect our stay, although all guests should be informed of important services that they may require at sometime during their stay."

"A nice base from which to explore Antwerp. It's close to the Station and the main shopping areas of the city so it's really easy to get around. The room was good, with a comfy bed but (and it's no fault of the hotel) it was quite noisy in the street and that was quite audible in the room even with the windows shut. The only downside was the check in process. There were two people on the desk, while one was dealing with a customer the other pretty much ignored us until the previous custome.rh ad left, which was a bit of an inconvenience"
