Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

"Driving rental car to check in was impossible. A police car finally found us lost in the morass of misleading signage and led us to car return. It was a long walk from the car rental building to the Sheraton, which is adjoined to the airport. It is convenient to get a flight but very difficult to arrive at the hotel."

"It was perfect for a nights sleep, the room and reception was clean and comfortable , staff were helpful, and even gave me an electric heater when I got cold, Parking and wifi were free and easy to use I would definately use this hotel again, Thank you"

"Very good hotel. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and good location close to many central attractions. Downsides: walls are paper thin so noise from other guests can affect your stay. TV didn’t work, safe was broken and shower leaked so maintenance seems an issue."

"I was very surprised when I arrived to find this is a hostel as there is no indication in the description and I wouldn’t have booked had I known this was the case. It was clean and practical but not in the best area. We had to walk here at night from the train station and I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area as there were quite a few gangs hanging around. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities and no remote control for the TV. Everything was clean but dated looking. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot to choose from. Staff were nice but I felt very out of place in a hostel where most of the clientele were large groups of young people."
