"This is a new facility so they have a few bugs to work out. It also appears they are understaffed at the time so having immediate service may be a challenge for some things. If you stay for more than three days and want your room cleaned, forget it. They only clean the room every 14 days. If you want a long term stay and do your own cooking, bring your own pots and pans and kitchen knives, they don't supply those. You can purchase some from the front desk, but how much and what is the quality? This place has potential, they just might want to reevaluate their policies on cleaning and amenities. They do supply toiletries so that is nice. Don't expect it to be like a hotel."

"It was ok. Didnt stay in the hotel but only to sleep. Had to ask the front desk for just about everything. Towels, blowdyer, etc "

"We tried to check in early and I was told they couldn't accommodate us, which I understand. I kept checking back periodically to see where we were at, no luck. Then I come back in to check again, what are you getting? It was it for the next hour the entire staff was eating lunch "

"The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a place to sleep after our long days of venturing out, but I will not be staying here again. "
