"I booked a non smoking room but it smelled like people have definitely smoked in there. They only left a tiny bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner bottles. The bathroom had one toilet paper roll that looked like it was left from whoever previously stayed. At that point I regretted not booking a nice hotel because of all the missing convenient things that typical hotels have for example lotion, plenty of toilet paper, hand wash soap, lock safe for valuables & clothing iron."
"No toiletries. No hair dryer. No towels in room. Front desk guy, believe me, it’s not my life mission to go town in town and screw motels for towels. If I say there’s no towels, it’s because there are no towels. Not because I want to keep their below average quality as a souvenir.
