"I had called to be sure the restaurant was open on Sunday night. When we arrived 7:30 pm we were told restaurant was closed and we could order food if we sat at bar. I have replacement knee. Finally the hostess did let us use a table in the restaurant to sit because i could not use a bar stool to sit for eating dinner."

"Clean bed for the night in center city next to a ton of shopping/bar/restaurant options. Its a lil outdated and thin walls, but for the price and location - its all you can ask for. "

"They are I. The middle of renovation. On the 9 th floor no ice available. And the bathroom was cold no heat flowing in. No way to warm food. No other complaints."

"My rooms were clean when I checked in. But even after staying in a room more than 3 days at a time and asking to have the room served it was never done. Ine night at 2am i had to do to the front desk looking for sheets and towels after i left them in the hallway that morning and being told my room would be serviced. I had to clean my own tub"
