"The property was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, although minor enhancements would improve the overall guest experience. While basic pantry essentials such as salt and pepper were absent, the unit was well-stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additionally, the assigned parking space is located at an inconvenient distance from the unit. Please be advised that travel times from this location are approximately 90 minutes to Hilo, two and a half hours to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and nearly one hour to the Kona coffee farms. For more cost-effective grocery options, please visit the Island grocery store located in the Queens' Marketplace."

"Staff were very friendly from the moment you walk into their office to check in. Rooms were clean and met our needs. Waikoloa Colony Villas
8/10 Good
"I booked this two bedroom, 2.5 bath at the last minute since our house lost power due to Lala and we had family coming in from out of state. It was wonderful to have electricity and air conditioning for the guests traveling with an infant. The unit was nice although it is sporting its original 2003 furnishings and decor. The beds were okay, but noisy. The primary suite TV would turn on randomly. The washer and dryer worked great for the first few days and then stopped. No biggie, we didn’t need to do anymore laundry. Both issues were reported to maintenance upon our check out and they were receptive to the alert. The pool was great and the complex was nice and quiet. The location in Waikoloa Beach is so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The price point was great for us for a last minute reprieve from hurricane outages, but if I was on a vacation and paying full price, this probably wouldn’t count as a “high end” tropical vacation experience."
