"Airport shuttle was great and on time. Staff was helpful and we were able to drop bags before check in. Only complaint was the check out kiosk for the small "store" for amenities and drinks/snacks. It is not user friendly and does not scan items so it is not easy to use, not just user error. Me and several others had issue trying to use. Otherwise all around great l9cation, close to transport hubs as well."

"This place is set in a beautiful part of Brussels. If you walk a few minutes to Rue de congrés there's a lovely open vibrant square with bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to the Brussels Nord train station that will take you direct to Bruges or Ghant. The hotels has spectacular views, we were on the 8th floor so we could see Atonium and views across the city. We travelled as two adults and a young child. When we initially got into the room there was only a super king bed. I'm not sure if...

"The room was spacious and really nice quality and there were great amenities. The location was a 20 minute walk from the central areas but it was still close to transit and a safe location. Staff were nice as well."

"Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia. Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time."

"Hotel was in a convenient location being close to train station and most attractions within walking distance. Bed was very firm and rooms just okay for the price. Elevators and hallways do not make a good impression. Both are shabby and don’t seem clean. Mixed reviews on staff. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful but his colleague who was working later in the day/evening was condescending. Would not stay again."
