Clean room and friendly staff

Appear to be pretty new. Rooms well decorated and clean. Fine dining restaurant was very pleasant. Staff welcoming. Signage outside could be better - no valet parking yet and not terribly obvious where you have to go.

From the moment we walked into the hotel the reception was fantastic. The hotel was beautifully clean and bright. We had a very small problem with the electricity tripping out and it was fixed immediately. Happened again and we were moved within minutes to another room. Michelle even brought up a trolley for us without us asking so helpful. Then I needed to print off some paperworkand Glen advised me what to do and Cameron helped me do it. Lovely hotel very friendly staff and great breakfast

Stay was good. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

I stayed in the week leading up to Christmas and was astounded at the welcome we recieved. All the staff were very friendly and I was made to feel 'at home'. The amenities here are suberb and the cleaniless first rate. With being so close to the centre of Waldorf, there were so many places that we could visit - including the ice rink that was just behind the hotel. We will definately stay here again.
