"I stayed for 3 nights. Room was freezing and the heater didn't really work till midnight, my fridge also wasn't working and staying multiple days for work - I needed this to work. I had to throw out a fair bit of food as nothing was cold. Staff did fix this the next day though. Receptionist was very helpful. My shower head fell off and my plumbing skills at 6am come into play. Stains on the carpet and honestly my plates, cups and glasses you can just tell were only rinsed in the bathroom...

"I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. "Nice staff, well equipped.. the only thing I would say is perhaps the enquire needs an upgrade, however it was a great bargain.. and the TV's are nice and new can actually watch netflix ect. I've stayed in places that cost more and can't access it or for some strange reason 'it doesn't work.. the car park is nice and big as well"
