"The location is good . The Bank is near hotel so it is very convenience to change locate money and a lot of little coffee shop just around the corner. But the carpet in the room is old and look dirty."

"The hotel was generally nice and clean but like most hotels, the foyer gave a more stylish impression than the actual rooms. The decor in the rooms was dated and basic. There was AC but it was very subtle and even at the lowest temp and highest fan, it barely touched the temperature in the room. This was early June so I would not like to be in the hotel in peak summer when the temperatures would be much higher. The reception were all very friendly and attentive. There was one man in the restaurant bar though who was rude and abrupt like we were an inconvenience to him. The bar/restaurant itself was ok, although quite expensive compared to local bars and restaurants. The menu was ok but it wasn’t a relaxing space - it felt very transactional and more geared to business people than tourists. Breakfast was a decent range of choice but was very expensive compared to the local economy at about £17 per person. We didn’t use the gym or pool but we did have a look. There was no one there, and no staff to ask any questions. It all looked ok but the pool is very small so you wouldn’t get much exercise in it, but it was a nice little area. The hotel was very well situated for the old town, just a few minutes walk and there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. For the price I think it was fairly reasonable and I would stay there again if I visited Bucharest again, but not in the height of summer as I don’t think I would get any sleep due to the ineffective aircon."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, we met friendly staff, especially the maids, who did not know what else to do for our comfort and who ensured daily cleaning at a high level of quality. We were accommodated on the top floor, overlooking the inner garden, where the atmosphere was pleasant, even though there was also an outdoor pool.. We found nearby shops that met our expectations, from clothes, jewelry, restaurants, theaters, magnificent museums (I recommend), shows in the parks, cheap transport between 4-12 pounds. The only inconvenience was the noise made by the room neighbors who checked in late at night. I recommend this hotel."
