Decent hotel. Could be a bit more cleaner… but overall the management was quick to respond to our needs. And delivered a great service

Property was clean. Definitely worth the the price. Was worried about the pet friendly rooms possibly having odor but it was fine. Staff was kind and helpful.

The drain in the shower was plugged, my husband slipped and fell. The water was to the max before flooding the floor. They did switch our room. There was no ice machine on the floor in which we were first given. We had to go downstairs to get ice. Had an issue with an early checkout, no manager available ever and no one ever answers the phone calling the number that is listed for the hotel. We are local and had to stay because we were without water at our home. This is not an old hotel, but it appears to not be upkept well.

Great hotel !! I’d stay here again
This is a great hotel ! I noticed how clean it was just walking in. I was greeted instantly and she was so nice and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. I like it cold at night and my air conditioner worked great. I travel for a living and I would definitely stay here again everytime I’m in this area.

The room was clean and staff is friendly. The breakfast was pretty sparse in my opinion. Not a lot of dining places nearby. Location worked for Texas Ren Festival. It was about 30 min away.

Comfort Ste not so Comfortable stay
Room 105 handicap room smelled like Urine bad! Manager stated it was from a sauna/pool however she was very nice tried to accomodate and did her best. The next room not a king but two doubled beds Rm 315 no roll in shower but a Tub with pull doen seat. The handicap seat was broken on wall again manager apologized however they couldn't find handicap chair so they tried giving a plastic pinic chair that wouldnt fit in tub nor was it a safe solution. I opted for hanging unto handrails on one leg the only reason we stayed was because we paid through Hotels.com and she said it could not be refunded and we were exhausted. The room next to us had screaming kids but thats to be expected, walls just seemed paper thin and at 5am the fire alarm went off. The alarm definitely works from apparently a kitchen worker. Oh and my husband had trouble with TV remote it needed batteries. We normally are pretty chill people but this was the worst stay ever at a Comfort Suites chain out of all places. The plus to this remote location it was easy to access off interstate/highway and it's not far from Texas Renaissance. Sorry but we will not be returning. I hope next people have better experiences.

Room was comfortable and clean. Highway noise was pretty loud early in the morning. Should have asked for a room on the back side away from the highway.

Only complaint is that there was a light right outside the window to the room we were in and it was so bright it looked like daylight all night, even though we had the curtains closed.

It was an enjoyable stay. Only issue we had was that the pull out bed in the couch did not have linens on it and I had to go down twice to get enough sheets and pillows to properly make up the bed. Other than that it was comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings was one of the better ones I’ve had.

Our stay was nice. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. Our room was comfortable. The bathroom had double sinks which was awesome! The room was a great size! My only cons were the stains in the carpet. No big deal but makes me wonder how clean it was. And our view was blocked by the sign! Never had that happen before! Otherwise, our stay was great and I would stay here again.
