"Elegant and comfortable. The level of detail is amazing, from the tiles at the bathroom to the lamps and of course the gorgeous furniture. Homemade breakfast and the staff are so sweet and helpful. Well connected with trams and buses to metro/train. My new favourite place to stay in Brussels. Looking forward to coming back."

"The stairs were too narrow, making it difficult to get up and down carrying luggage. The stairs were also made out of wood which amplified every footstep. There is some kind of venue next door which was playing loud music, and attracting large groups of people to gather on the street until the early hours. Apart from that it was a nice place to stay. Close to the city centre, public transport and shops. The room was lovely, with a comfy bed and the facilities made it possible to do self catering...

"Aucun personnel sur place : nous avons attendu 40 minutes dehors. En fait après échange via whatsapps, il fallait payé d’avance par internet ( mail bloqué dans mes spams) et ensuite, nous recevons les codes d’accès. Chambre très bien et très propre mais petit déjeuner pas correct et machine à café en panne…vu qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel, on a été prendre notre petit déjeuner en ville. Pour nous : on n’y reviendra plus "

"A lovely little B&B, which is handy for the station at Leuven and about 15mins walk into the centre. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Daya, the host prepares breakfast each morning and leaves everything for the guests to help themselves to, e.g. pancakes, yoghurt and fruit, eggs, bread rolls. The room on the top floor could do with a blind in the velux window and it would be good if the window vent could be closed as the streets are...

"Muy mal servicio con cero actitud para resolve de los conserjes. Parecía una verdadera molestia el que hayamos llegado a hospedarnos. Muy atentos a cobrar todo a sobreprecio en efectivo y sin dar recibo. Un total fraude. Por una cama extra nos cobraron 109 Euros con la condición fuera en efectivo y de ninguna manera dieron recibo. Un SOBORNO TOTAL!"

"Lieu paisible où il fait bon se détendre dans le salon commun avec vue sur le jardin. Chambre propre et confortable. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuitée."

"La Villa Balat a beaucoup de charme, située le long et avec vue sur la Meuse et la Citadelle. Parking public aisé à proximité immédiat. Accueil très sympathique dans le petit salon qui sert aussi de bar ouvert et de bibliothèque bien fournie. Petit-déjeuner plantureux, très varié, avec des produits locaux de première fraicheur."
