"The hotel was updated and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! Room flooring was vinyl but it was dirty. My kids feet were gray after running around for a bit. We found two live bugs in the bathroom in the 1 night we were there. A small spider and some other bug I'm not sure what it was. No huge deal but still. Breakfast was good."

"The facility was at maximum capacity. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working. Unless an inquiry was made, one would have assumed the reason was to save the corporation expense for repairs. Very sad. Ice machine near our room was not functioning. Housekeeping was 10 out of 10 rating. Kudos to housekeeping."
