"Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico."

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."

"Amazing room with hot tub two beds at different levels which creates a feeling of privacy without being in separate rooms. We went with our two small children and they had the most awesome pack and play for our baby. Food was delicious! The whole place is a dream and the spa was fantastic!"

"Francisca was a great host, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. But the hotel was changing the management and on our last day the hotel was completely empty it was only me and my mom. The new management arrived at 6am EXTREMELY LOUD people. They were walking up and down the stairs on non stop smoking sage all over the hotel on a Sunday 6am - we couldn’t breathe with all the sage, it was awful. Politely I asked them if they could respect us and let us sleep but it was like...
