"I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised. The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. "The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Also, close to the Catholic Church. The room was neat and clean, with the heater excellent during our Winter stay. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, with the sheets being a bit hard. The price was phenomenal, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The water was lovely and hot, and the water pressure was great. My four kids and wife were happy with the two rooms."

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...
